Recovery of waste heat from the production process

Waste heat from cooling is repurposed via a heat pump for preheating the mash before distillation, supporting fruit fermentation, and heating the facility
Electricity from the PV system is directly consumed in the production process, with surplus stored in the battery for morning start-ups of production equipment
